State Inspection Requirements
In accordance with the 2021 NPDES Construction General Permit (CGP), inspections by qualified personnel are required a minimum of once per calendar week on applicable Construction Sites after construction activities begin. Our inspectors are qualified under Clemson University’s CEPSCI program, which meets SCDHEC requirements.
Our inspection scope includes the following to keep you in compliance with 2021 NPDES CGP requirements: All areas of the site disturbed by construction activity and areas used for storage of materials that are exposed to precipitation; All stormwater conveyance systems for any evidence of, or the potential for, pollutants entering these systems; All BMPs identified in the OS-SWPPP; All discharge locations to ascertain whether the implemented BMPs are effective in preventing the discharge of sediment from the site; and Locations where vehicles enter or exit the site for evidence of off-site sediment tracking.

Weekly Site Inspections
Our CEPSCI-certified personnel will inspect your site weekly in accordance with the NPDES Construction General Permit, to include all mandatory inspection areas outlined.
Post-Construction Inspections
Our services are not limited to sites undergoing construction. Our inspectors can monitor your permanent stormwater structures, to include detention ponds, to ensure long-term functionality.
